• University of Edinburgh: Institute for Integrated Micro and Nano Systems (IMNS), Analogue and Mixed Signal (AMS) VLSI Research Group
  Information on the analog research interests of the IMNS Research Team at Edinburgh and includes details of PhD project ideas, current opportunities for studentships and research associates.
• University of Glasgow: Analogue VLSI Research
  Provides information on personnel within the department plus a research overview, details of current projects, and details of analog and mixed-mode software available from the department.
• University of Glasgow: Electronics Design Centre
  The centre aims to provide fundamental research into electronics design, to integrate nanotechnologies with microelectronic platforms and to invent new multi-scale, multi-technologies. In addition, the centre also aims to educate future designers and researchers.
• University of Berkeley: BSIM3/BSIM4 Device Group
  Helps companies with the successful adoption, implementation and use of BSIM3/4. The group is also working on enhancing the model and incorporating more advanced device physics for sub-0.1um CMOS technology.
• Carnegie Mellon University: Analog Group in Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept.
  Research conducted in the group concentrates on two main areas, analog, mixed-signal, and smart sensor IC design and CAD tool development.
• Imperial College: Circuits and Systems Research Group
  Provides an overview of the group's activities, along with information on personnel, research, courses, publications and postgraduate and postdoctoral research opportunities.
• University of Minnesota Analog Design Group
  Headed by Prof Ramesh Harjani. Research projects focus on low power analog circuit design, sensor electronics, analog/mixed signal test and low power wireless communications.
• The Ohio State University: The Analog VLSI Lab
  The research lab was founded in 1988 by Prof. Mohammed Ismail and is now interested in a large range of research topics within the field of Analog and Mixed Signal.  Current projects include the development of circuits for RF applications.
• Stanford University: SMIrC Laboratory
  Includes information on current research including basic RF theory, RF circuit CAD, GPS receiver in CMOS, CMOS low-power RF circuits; and integrated RF technology.
• Texas A&M University: Analog and Mixed-Signal Research Center
  Research group with interest and expertise in a wide variety of topics including analog VLSI design, digital circuit design, parallel processing, on-chip testing, RF and comms circuits, data converters and testing of analog and mixed signal circuits.
• University College London: Analogue Electronics Research Group
  Discusses the ways in which the group aims to discover how analog circuits can be employed to improve the performance of large and complex (usually digital) systems. Includes information on people, current research projects and publications.
