• Heterogeneous systems design and test – MEMs, processing and communications
• High level system design methods and tools including specification, architecture, co-design partitioning, power and speed estimation
• Formal verification methods
• IP reusability methods and standards
• Design for test techniques
• Intra-system communications, including chip-level and inter-chip networks
